Acodetto I

Following Ahorn Z, Acord II and Acorado I, Acodetto I represents the fourth generation of the Almé Z-bloodline in Klein Offenseth. Successfully competing up to the advanced show jumping level, he has matured into an expressive main stud sire, representing the traditional Holstein virtues: Excellent type, outstanding basic gaits and first-class jumping scope. These qualities had already become obvious at the 30-day performance test where he earned the maximum score 10 for jumping ability and an average final score of 9.44.

His offspring are undeniably the spitting image of their sire, standing out with outstanding type, size, scope and skills. Acodetto I has been producing seven licensed sons as well as nine state premium mares until today, among them the Reserve Champion Mare at the 2009 Elite Mare Show in Elmshorn. Acodetto I presented the "Movement Champion" at the 2013 Holstein Elite Show, Colour (dam by Calido I). He is known for siring amazing mares; more than 40 horses out of Acodetto-daughters are already successful international show horses. One of them is Dark Chocolate (by Casall), who was placed in London, Basel, Paris and Barcelona under Dennis Lynch and who, by the way, was also born in the stable of Acodetto-breeder Dirk Oldekop. More than 20 of his offspring are successful advanced (S) level jumpers in Germany. Well-known progeny with international placings are, for example, the licensed stallion Maximo del Castegno/Roderto Prandi (ITA), Acapulco FZ/Luis Filipe de Azevedo (ESP), Atlodetto FZ/Luis Fernando Larazzabal (USA), Lazzaro delle Schiave/Tom Wachman (IRL) and Anna Jo/Paris Sellon (USA). The lifetime earnings of his offspring currently amount to more than 1 million Euros.
