A particularly elegant jumping stallion with quick reflexes and a great many assets, bred from an almost unique pairing. Acomet jumps just as well as one would expect from a horse of his exceptional pedigree, and amongst other successes, he placed in the National Championships following numerous wins in L and M class jumping horse tests. From 2008 to 2012 he was presented internationally by Theo Muff (SUI), winning, amongst other events, the Bremen Grand Prix in 2010, and achieving a double zero in the Bratislava Nations Cup. He went on to have a number of show-jumping wins with Simone Wettstein (SUI). His father Arpeggio is a NRW head sire. Dam‘s sire Pilot was, to a great extent, a landmark of Westphalian performance breeding. Acomet is almost‚ bred back‘ to Pilot, as Arpeggio comes from a dam of one of Pilot‘s sons, Power. This pedigree is additionally assured by the likes of Furioso II, Servus, Abhang II and Freiherr I in subsequent generations, who without exception have produced performance horses to meet the highest possible demands. Acomet comes from the Hanoverian dam line 565 Futlug (from Futurist II - Goldammer II etc.). This line has also produced licensed stallions such as Almjäger Z (PB Hess.), Amalgan D (PB Rhpfs.), Lucky Dance (PB Hess.), Rothenburg J (PB Bay.) and Ruben (PB NL).
